Требования:

  1. Умение самостоятельно понимать задачи, планировать работу, находить недостающую информацию, расставлять приоритеты, активно и результативно взаимодействовать с командой для достижения целей компании и своевременного выполнения заданий,
  2. Профильное образование в области машиностроения, контроля качества, сварки, монтажных технологий или аналогичное,
  3. Знание отраслевых стандартов по машиностроению, производству, монтажу, а также стандартов системы менеджмента качества,
  4. Опыт участия в аудитах и инспекциях,
  5. Понимание системы менеджмента качества, опыт управления процессами, процедурами, документацией,
  6. Владение английским языком, немецкий — по желанию,
  7. Навыки работы с VPN, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Slack, Trello, Aconex, Assai, Autodesk, Meridian и другими системами документооборота.

Условия:
Удалённая, самостоятельная и высокоэффективная работа с ежедневными короткими созвонами и еженедельными организационными встречами.
Загрузка — 4 или 8 часов в день, часовой пояс — CET.
Постановка задач — в Trello, коммуникация — в Slack, документы — в OneDrive.

Обязанности:
Удалённая работа в составе проектной команды на строительных объектах энергетики, химии и нефтегаза, расположенных в Германии или Европе. При желании возможна мобилизация на площадки заказчика.

Вы будете отвечать за:

  1. Ежедневную координацию встреч с заказчиками в Outlook и Teams, а также с командой в Slack и OneDrive,
  2. Ежедневную обработку входящей переписки и задач от участников проекта на английском или немецком языке, Подготовку и проверку технической документации по качеству,
  3. Обеспечение соблюдения технических и процедурных требований,
  4. Административное сопровождение несоответствий и дефектов,
  5. Координацию аудитов и инспекций,
  6. Подготовку отчётов о проделанной работе, выполненных задачах и достигнутых результатах.

Вы также будете взаимодействовать с проектными командами и нести ответственность за решение вопросов, связанных с качеством. Ваше внимание к деталям и знания в области контроля качества будут способствовать успешной реализации строительных проектов.

Remote, independent, high-performance work with daily short team calls and weekly organizational
meetings. Working hours: 4 or 8 hours a day. Time zone: CET. Tasks in Trello, communication in Slack, documentation on OneDrive.
Responsibilities:
This is a remote position in a project team in construction projects of energy, chemical and oil and gas facilities,
located in Germany or Europe. If desired, mobilization to customer sites is possible. You will be responsible for:

  1. Daily coordination of meetings with customers in Outlook and Teams, as well as with the company team in Slack and OneDrive,
  2. Daily processing of incoming correspondence and tasks from project participants in English or German,
  3. Creation and verification of technical quality documentation for projects,
  4. Ensuring compliance with technical and procedural standards and quality requirements,
  5. Administrative support for non-conformities or defects,
  6. Coordination of audits and inspections,
  7. Reporting on work performed, tasks completed and results obtained.

You will also collaborate with project teams and be responsible for resolving any quality issues. Your attention to detail and knowledge of quality control processes will contribute to the successful completion of construction projects.
