In May 2025, a series of meetings was held to analyze risks associated with working alongside pipeline contractors. Participants reviewed common challenges, additional costs, and proposed measures to mitigate risks during the contract negotiation phase.
The outcome was an updated risk register. These materials will form the basis of our Lessons Learned and will be applied in future projects.
