As part of an ongoing metal ore processing project in Uzbekistan, a HAZOP (Hazard and Operability) session is currently underway. The project team is serving as the organizer and coordinator of the session, ensuring a high level of preparation and execution in accordance with international best practices.
The HAZOP methodology is a structured and systematic approach used to identify potential hazards and deviations in technological processes. The main objective of the session is to improve industrial safety and reduce risks during both the design and operational stages of the project.
Participants include project engineers, client representatives, and process safety experts. Through collaborative analysis, the team is evaluating critical process systems, reviewing potential failure scenarios, and developing appropriate risk mitigation recommendations.
The HAZOP session is a key milestone in ensuring the project’s reliability and resilience, and it contributes to the continuous development of a strong safety culture throughout all stages of implementation.
