In April 2024, the Conquality team, together with partners from Client, held a strategic workshop on a full risk inventory within the project. The goal is to create a transparent and effective system for managing project risks and quality results.

Current status based on the results of the analysis and implementation of measures:
- 42 risks identified
- 7 risks successfully resolved
- 30 are under active management
- 5 require increased attention and are processed on a priority basis

Examples of achieved results:
- R-03 (Permits): All necessary permits have been obtained through prompt interaction with government agencies.
- R-25 (E-Heater): Technical checks and corrective actions have been carried out – the equipment is brought into compliance with requirements.
- R-05 (Staff Availability): Key personnel identified, effective organizational structure implemented – resource readiness ensured.
- R-17 (Material supplies): Monitoring logistics and working with alternative suppliers allowed us to meet deadlines.
Next steps:
- Conducting monthly sessions to review risks and adjust strategies
- Maintaining a transparent and regular reporting process
- Focus on prevention, not just reaction
